I like the main overview. Image has a good mood, warm atmosphere, very positive charge.
Lovely models, interesting clothing. Jewellery are good adds to twins glamorous look. Girls skin tones are nice and smooth. No hard shadows. Their pose and eyes flood the image with life and energy. You manage to capture a nice moment.

Overexposure of this image is very noticeable. Half of the background is burned. Colors are washed out. Lack of contrast. Some auto-contrast will bring more vividness to the image.
I think it should be equality between two girls. However the girl in back is out of focus. Because of this more attention is drawn by the girl in front.
Hand over a shoulder can be beneficial for this composition.
Dark chain of a longer necklace draw to much attention, clouding light, more interesting one.

I'm suggesting a little crop. Right side to about half shoulder. Bottom side maintaining a proportion of a image. This way burned, uninteresting background will be lessen and attention to shoulder will be eliminated in favour of the faces.

Overall effect is very good. This image will be indeed a beautiful present for your models.
